We are developing accessible accounting software tailored to sole traders and businesses, from small to large. Our ambition is to bring invoices, expenses and financial insight together in a workspace that can grow with your business.
We aim to let you create, find and track invoices in one overview, including paid and outstanding amounts. Purchase invoices and expense receipts should have a clear place. Income, expenses and outstanding balances should be easy to understand.
From a sole trader to a larger team, our ambition covers retail, hospitality, construction, services, liberal professions and other sectors. We want an accessible environment for different activities, experience levels and administrative needs. Specific capabilities are still being defined.
We are exploring automation for recurring administration. Suggestions should remain understandable and verifiable. Technology should support the entrepreneur and cooperation with their accountant.
We are currently developing the concept and intended workflow. Next, we want feedback from entrepreneurs and accountants. A future testing phase will help determine what is ready for use. Tell us where you lose time today and help shape our next step.
Masterbrain Accounting is a provisional project name. The product is in development and is not available yet. This is a product vision, not a final specification. Prices, launch date, bank connections, e-invoicing and tax support have not been confirmed.
